SALMAN RUSDIE'S NEW BOOK -- THE ENCHANTRESS OF FLORENCE

What a wonderful wonderful novel. It is such a treat to find work that has a different kind of philosophical depth. I haven't felt this enthralled with a novel from an Indian (Um... Indian-British) writer since Arundhati Roy.

I haven't been a fan of this author before inspite of having Indiaphiles for friends who have faithfully read everyone of his books as they came out.

However, by now I know myself as terrible in the art of the review (May I get better with time). So all I can say is -- go read this one.
